What To Bring

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like you’re carrying the weight of the world? This one-hour workshop is your chance to release what’s heavy and reconnect with yourself.

Through a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, guided journaling, and group hypnotherapy, you’ll quiet your nervous system and reset from the inside out. Each month brings a fresh theme and new tools to help you step back into your life with more ease.

You’ll leave feeling:

  • Lighter in your body

  • Clearer in your mind

  • More grounded and connected to your authentic self

This is your space to exhale. No pressure. No performance. Just 60 minutes of healing designed for you.

  • A yoga mat or soft blanket (there are a few extra mats available)

  • A journal and pen

  • Water bottle

  • Comfy layers (think: sweater, socks, or anything that helps you feel grounded)

  • An open mind a willingness to receive

  • Yourself...just as you are
