Wellness Circle

I created these Wellness Circles because I wanted a space for people to slow down, connect, and take a little time for themselves while learning tools they can actually use in everyday life.

I’ll teach you simple breathwork practices, talk about the mind-body connection and how we can regulate our nervous systems in real time, and share practical ways to become more aware of what your body is trying to tell you.

You’ll experience an intimate, personalized guided meditation created specifically for our group, with time for reflection, conversation, and connection.

This isn’t a class and there’s nothing you need to prepare for. It’s simply an hour to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, learn a few tools to take with you, and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming space.
